Refund Policy

1. Scope of Operations

Foundrix Global Tech Private Limited operates as an agentic AI company. We do not sell retail items or physical commodities. All digital products, private beta access tokens, and research services are governed by specialized business contracts.

2. Custom Service Contracts

Service fees, resource allocations, and venture incubation capital are governed by their respective Master Service Agreements (MSA) and Statement of Work (SOW). Cancellation terms and refund criteria are specified within those legal agreements.

3. Micro-transactions and Tokens

If you purchase computational credits or token permissions for active lab sandboxes, all such payments are non-refundable. Refund exemptions may be assessed solely at the discretion of the Foundrix billing team.

4. Contacts & Claims

All refund claims or billing disputes must be submitted to hello@foundrix.global with transaction logs, invoice identifiers, and description of the dispute within 15 days of the payment timestamp.
