You agree not to disrupt the digital communication nodes, flood our SMTP endpoints, or execute denial-of-service simulations against our domain interfaces.
4. Limitation of Liability
Foundrix publishes all material and prototypes on an "as-is" basis. We accept no liability for operational disruptions, code anomalies, or token costs incurred outside of signed enterprise agreements.
5. Governing Law
